Dear Stacey,

I need to commend you on your great staff - they are doing a great job...great leadership and people skills. Your establishment is a warm, friendly and fun place to workout, with a feeling of community.  Thank you for selecting and hiring mature, sensitive women that are capable of accommodating a healthy and fun environment for many women of our community....and for your skills in providing a GREAT PLACE TO WORKOUT !!!!!!

My sincere commendations to Stacey, Stephanie, Rose, Carla, and Linda!

Sincerely - Angie G.

Top Ten reasons I love Curves Duarte!

By Debbie

10.  On any given day I can find an hour to work out.  (That’s home, to Curves, workout, and back home).

9.  I can work at my own pace depending on how my day has been.

8.  Everything is always light, clean, and fresh.

7.   There are interesting articles and information to read on the walls.  The newsletters and Curves magazines are great, and Free!

6.  Even with my fluctuating weight (depending on my moods and stress level) my clothes fit better and I look better in them.  My doctor is pleased too because my test numbers have been great!

5.  I love incentives and challenges and Stacey makes it fun to work towards goals.

4.  This is the first exercise program that I have kept coming to, all the way through my commitment time and beyond.  I have over 600 workouts in and am still enjoying working out.  (Can I make 700 by Christmas?)

3.  My husband loves my firmer bottom…um… muscles.

2.  The women who I work out with are fun and interesting and I look forward to meeting new people all the time.  (Does the staff have special radar that locates only superior women for our Curves?)

And the number one reason I love my Curves…..

1.   The staff is WONDERFUL.  They rejoice in your victories, commiserate with your difficulties, and gently remind you of the proper technique when you start to get sloppy on the equipment.
